About Me

When my kids were little, I remember feeling completely drained. The sleepless nights really take a toll on every aspect of your life, but I thought that I could power through. Eventually, I reached out to a sleep consultant, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Within days, everything started to shift, my babies slept better, I felt human again, and our home just felt lighter. 

My husband and I still talk about how life- changing that support was. It was the reason I decided to get certified myself, through QC Wellness Studies, so I could help other mom's find that same calm and confidence to feel like themselves again. 

I’ve been a French Immersion teacher for over 11 years, working with students and families every single day. That experience taught me the power of consistency, communication, and understanding each child as an individual, all things that play a huge role in sleep, too.

Before officially launching Nightwell Sleep, I began by helping a few close friends who were in that same exhausted place I once was. Watching their little ones start sleeping longer and seeing those parents get their energy (and sanity) back reminded me exactly why I started.

Now, my own kids are school-aged and still amazing sleepers. No 5 a.m. wake-ups, no bedtime battles, just peaceful, predictable nights. That’s what I want for every family I work with.

When I’m not supporting tired parents or teaching in the classroom, you’ll usually find me at the gym, doing yoga, playing with our puppy, or spending time with my family.
